Water Systems Disinfection
We complete the inspection, cleaning and disinfection of Cold water storage tanks, hot water storage vessels, pipe work and complete systems in accordance with British Standards.
We provide disinfection certificates on completion.
Detailed Legionella Risk Assessments
To help you comply with L8 ACoP regulations, we provide you with detailed legionella risk assessments that are easy to read, comprehensive documents that allow you to see how you can reduce the risks associated with your water system. Also included are schematic drawings of your hot and cold water systems.
All our technicians are certified and registered in Legionella Risk Assessments & Water System Disinfection for Mechanical Services, by BPEC Services LTD. Copies of the certificates can be provided on request.
Legionella Monitoring Programmes
In this programme we provide includes monthly inspections, temperature checking and Legionella and Bacteria Sampling. These are set up with the flexibility of the client to complete the necessary tasks to comply with the HSE guidelines described in HSG274(Part 2) for domestic water systems.
TMV'S (Thermostatic Mixing Vales)
We perform failsafe testing, servicing, installation/replacement of thermostatic mixing valves (TMV's)
Clean, Descale, Chlorinate
We clean, descale and chlorinate shower heads & hoses, and spray taps.
Cold Water Storage Tanks
We can carry out Cold Water Storage Tank refurbishment & replacement.
Collection & Testing of Water Samples
Working in conjunction with a UKAS accredited laboratory, specialising in water environmental analysis, we can arrange collection and testing of water samples for a full range of bacteria, including Legionella, Coliforms and E-Coli.
Testing certificates are provided on completion of testing, detailing the results.
